Who operates this website

Anante Health is an independent digital health initiative operated by Vijai Maharajh in Ontario, Canada. The operator is the contact for privacy questions about this website. Email admin@myhealtheapp.com.

This notice applies to anante.ca and its alias anantehealth.ca. It does not describe the data handling of Screening Guide, Vaccine Guide, HealthE, or other linked websites. Please read the privacy information on each product before using it.

When you browse

This is an informational website. It does not offer user accounts, accept health records, ask you to complete a health questionnaire, or collect messages through a web form.

The website code does not set cookies, save information in browser storage, or include advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts, icons, and other visual assets are served with the website rather than loaded from a third-party font or image service.

This does not mean that no technical information is processed. A hosting provider must handle web requests to display and protect the site, as described below.

Hosting and technical information

The website is hosted on Netlify. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested page addresses, request times, browser or device information, and security or error logs to deliver, maintain, and protect the website. Provider-level security features may use necessary technical mechanisms depending on the service configuration.

Hosting and related service providers may process information outside Canada. A Canadian domain name does not mean that all processing takes place in Canada. Applicable foreign laws may permit access by courts, law enforcement, or other authorities.

For information about the hosting provider’s practices, see Netlify’s privacy policy and data protection information. The operator remains responsible for its own privacy obligations; using a hosting provider does not remove them.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive the address you send from, your message, and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, address an issue, or manage the collaboration you contacted us about. Email is handled by the email services used by you and the recipient.

Please send only what is necessary. Do not include medical records, health card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information. Ordinary email should not be treated as a confidential clinical communication channel.

Sending a message does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing list. We do not use contact correspondence for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.

Use, sharing, and retention

We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising. Information may be handled by service providers where needed for hosting, email, security, or administration. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, including to address a security incident or protect legal rights.

Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, to resolve an ongoing issue, or to meet legal obligations. Technical-log retention depends on the hosting provider’s applicable services and configuration. We do not promise that all provider logs can be immediately deleted.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for your inquiry.

Your requests and choices

You may contact the operator to ask what personal information is held about you, request access or correction, raise a concern, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law, and proportionate identity verification may be needed.

Email admin@myhealtheapp.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Please do not send identity documents unless a necessary and appropriate process has first been agreed.

You may also seek guidance from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another privacy authority with jurisdiction.

Linked products and external sites

Following a link takes you to another website. That destination may have different hosting, analytics, cookies, accounts, or data-handling practices. The shared Anante Health name does not imply a shared user account, synchronized health record, or one privacy policy for every product.

This website does not transfer a personal health profile to the linked products. Please review each destination’s own notices before providing personal information.

Changes to this notice

This notice may change as the website or its practices change. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes requiring additional notice or consent will be addressed as required by applicable law.
