ABOUT ANANTE HEALTH

Built around people.
Not complexity.

An independent digital health initiative building patient-facing tools for prevention, self-management, and healthcare navigation.

Understanding is a
good place to start.

Understanding a screening option. Finding a clear answer to a vaccine question. Remembering the details of your own health story. These are different needs, connected by the same purpose: making it easier for people to take an informed, active role in their care.

Anante Health brings together Screening Guide, Vaccine Guide, and HealthE under one shared vision. The tools have distinct roles; together, they support health literacy, preparation, and participation.

We are an independent initiative—not a clinic, healthcare provider, government service, or substitute for professional care.

ONE SHARED VISION

Connected by purpose.
Distinct by design.

01

Understand prevention.

Screening Guide brings together Ontario screening information and routes to care.

Screening Guide
02

Explore immunization.

Vaccine Guide helps Ontario families navigate childhood vaccine information and questions.

Vaccine Guide
03

Organize your story.

The HealthE prototype explores a simpler way to keep personal health information together.

HealthE

A shared umbrella does not mean a shared patient record or account. Each product has its own features, availability, scope, and privacy information.

OUR APPROACH

Thoughtful by intention.
Transparent by choice.

Principles that guide what we build
and how we describe it.

01

Keep the person in view.

Start with the questions people are trying to answer. Aim for readable language, clear navigation, and practical next steps.

02

Keep the context intact.

Plain language should not erase nuance. Health guidance can depend on location, individual circumstances, and changing recommendations.

03

Show the limits.

Describe each tool’s intended purpose and stage honestly. Education and personal organization do not replace clinical assessment or individualized advice.

04

Make feedback possible.

Welcome corrections, accessibility concerns, and suggestions. Include the relevant page and issue, without sending personal health information.

A note on sources and review

These are our design and editorial aims, not a claim of independent clinical validation. Please consult each product’s own sources, update dates, and review disclosures. The Anante Health name does not itself indicate approval or endorsement by a healthcare professional or institution.

Screening Guide’s current review disclosure is available on its About page. To flag an issue with any of our tools, contact us.

INDEPENDENCE & SCOPE

Clear about who we are.
And who we are not.
